The Spirit that is in me is Greater than the Spirit that is in AI!

The title says it all, doesn't it? All the fuss and handwringing over the Artificial Intelligence (AI) phenomena is quite anxiety producing for unbelievers. They have nowhere to go. The machines they depend on (computers, software, information-times-a-trillion) now threaten to eat them alive. Frankenstein's revenge is here with a single key stroke!

Not so with God's children, who fear God, not machines. Jesus said,

Do not fear those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
- Matthew 10:28

The believer's fear, however, is contained in faith as this faith/fear is first expressed in repentance and baptism (Acts 2:38) as one begins a new life in Christ (Romans 6:4). This initial step is followed by a lifetime of fear/faith expressions seen in worship, service, fellowship, growth in the knowledge of God's word and the sharing of the gospel with the fearful unbelievers of this world. These dread the evil of men and now, machines, as well as the final fear of death itself.

He who is in us (I John 4:4) is not only greater than AI or any other monster in this world, He who is in us is also greater than death itself.

But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who indwells you.

You see, for those who have the Spirit, "NO FEAR" is not just a slogan on a T-shirt, it's the reality they experience no matter who or what is threatening to rule the world in the current generation.
