Discussion Questions
  1. The lesson shows how sin destroys intimacy with God by blurring our spiritual vision. Can you think of examples in your own life or in others where sin has made it harder to "see" or value spiritual things?
  2. Romans 6:20 reminds us that living apart from Christ does not bring freedom but slavery to sin. What are some modern forms of slavery people fall into, and how can true freedom in Christ be recognized?
  3. The study lists several ways people without faith react to sin–denial, rationalization, procrastination, delusion, and giving in. Which of these do you think is most common today, and why?
  4. Romans 3:21-25 describes righteousness as a gift of grace through Christ, not something we can earn. How does this truth challenge our natural tendency to justify ourselves before God?
  5. The lesson explains that Jesus is God's chosen and provided "propitiation"–the peace offering for our sins. How does this deepen your understanding of both God's justice and His mercy?
